Our Facilities

At Janisa, every detail has been designed with horses and their people in mind. From our beautiful brand-new arena to comfortable stables and safe yards for overnight stays, we’ve created facilities that are practical, welcoming and thoughtfully planned.

Our arena is brand new and built for performance, our 60 x 20 outdoor arena is designed to give both horses and riders the best experience. Featuring brickies, river sand and rubber footing for comfort and stability, plus flood lights for evening sessions and a spectator viewing platform.

Horse Accomodation

Stables

The stables are 4×4 metres with yards attached to them.
Stables are lined with rubber mats and sawdust shavings for comfort, while the adjoining yards feature durable cracker/crusher dust footing.

Regular Yards

The regular yards are 8×6 metres.
The yards have a natural eucalyptus mulch footing, offering a safe, cushioned surface that’s gentle on horses during their stay.

Large Yards

The large yards are approximately 6×28 metres.
The large yards offer natural grass surfaces, giving horses plenty of room to move in a natural environment.

Float Parking

Our large float parking area allows you to back floats straight up to the horse yards and stables, making arrival and unloading easy. There’s enough space for all floats at a clinic, with a layout that lets you back up comfortably and then drive straight out (no tricky manoeuvring required). For added convenience, there is separate car-only parking available on-site.

Spectator Viewing

Our raised viewing platform sits at the end of the arena, giving you a clear view above the fencing. Equipped with speakers so you can easily follow along with the clinician, and seating provided for comfort, it’s the perfect spot to watch, learn and take notes. The platform is also conveniently backed onto the classroom and kitchenette, making it an easy and welcoming space to spend the day.

Classroom & Kitchenette

Our classroom is a comfortable space for theory sessions to complement time in the arena. With seating and easy access beside the action, it’s a great place to deepen discussions or take a break in comfort.

The adjoining kitchenette includes a fridge, kettle, microwave, and a tea and coffee station, available throughout the day during clinics.
