Kassie Southwell

  • 77 Marulan South Road Marulan Australia (map)

Kassie helps riders develop a deeper understanding of their horses, blending equine biomechanics, functional movement, nervous system support, and the kind of feel, timing, and communication that creates real, lasting change.

This isn't about pushing through or "fixing" things. It's about understanding what's really going on, in your horse's body, their nervous system, and the way they're organising and regulating themselves in the work. Because if a horse doesn't feel safe, calm, and able to process what's being asked, we can't build real learning or performance.

Each session is fully tailored to you and can include in-hand work, lunging, long reining, and ridden work. Together you'll explore how your horse organises their body, how they communicate, and how your input, your timing, your feel, the way you offer your requests shapes their balance, posture, and way of going. The goal is a horse that moves, learns, and responds in a more relaxed, balanced, and sustainable way, and a rider who develops a deeper level of skill and understanding to match.

Whether you're working through challenges, developing your horse, or simply wanting to go deeper, this approach meets you where you're at and supports a horse that is more relaxed, responsive, and confident.

Each participant receives three private 40-minute lessons and a theory session.
